Part-time Personal Assistant to CEO/Entrepreneur

We are seeking a part-time Personal Assistant on a temporary three-month assignment to support a lifestyle content creator/beauty brand CEO. This role is centered on managing personal logistics and household-related tasks. Ideal candidates will have 2-3+ years of experience supporting principals in a similar fashion. A car is required, and candidates must be based on the Westside of LA to be considered.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Serve as the primary liaison for scheduling, communication, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and budgets across both personal and professional areas.
  • Oversee personal errands, household logistics, and day-to-day home management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all household needs are met.
  • Handle packing and unpacking for travel and events.
  • Assist onsite for events, shoots, and other in-person needs as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate the glam team for appearances, shoots, and special events.
  • Prepare for meetings by creating agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items.
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation for easy and efficient access.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Develop and refine organizational systems to improve workflow and overall efficiency.

Schedule:
20 hours a week

Pay:
Up to $35/hr
