Have experience with automotive window tinting/ or Paint Protection Film installation? Our rapidly expanding auto appearance & protection company wants you We're currently hiring experienced automotive window tint film installers to work throughout the Puget Sound area. We have locations in Marysville, Lynnwood, Everett, Kirkland, Bellevue, Seattle, Renton, Auburn, Puyallup, Fife and Bremerton.

**We offer up to a $2,000 signing bonus based on experience and skill level**

The perfect candidate will:

~EXPERIENCE with window tint and/PPF

~ Have proven professional experience installing automotive window tint.

~ Be team oriented, hardworking, self-motivated and pay excellent attention to detail.

~ Have a valid driver's license, fairly clean driving record & reliable transportation.

~ Pass a social security background check and be legally eligible to work in the US.

~ Submit to a criminal background check (sorry, we cannot hire convicted felons).

We pay our installers hourly and an additional bonus, not just by the car, so you have time to focus on quality and details. After 60 days, we provide our full-time employees with medical, dental, vision & life insurance benefits, as well as paid vacation. 401k is also available after a year.

Employees (and their dependents) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will receive Paid Time Off/Sick Leave, starting at an accrual rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked (approximately 6 ½ days per year, working 40 hours per week), and topping out at approximately 20 days per year. Employees are eligible to enroll in the company's 401k or ROTH plan, which includes an annual discretionary match. We also offer a referral program to all employees, with a $500 bonus for each referred employee that makes it through the probationary period.

Installer compensation includes a discretionary bonus that is paid monthly, as a percentage of the installer's completed work invoiced.
