About the Role

We're seeking a driven and highly skilled Reverse Recruiter to help our clients land their next high-impact career opportunity. In this role, you'll act as a career advocate and recruiter-on-behalf, representing top-tier professionals in the job market and helping them navigate hiring processes, secure interviews, and close offers. You'll work directly with the Reverse Recruiting Department under leadership guidance, applying proven outreach, positioning, and hiring strategies to achieve measurable placement results. This is a remote independent contractor role with purely performance-based compensation, ideal for seasoned recruiters or career strategists who thrive in a results-driven, entrepreneurial environment and are motivated by helping professionals win career-defining roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of assigned clients and actively support their job placement process.

Create compelling candidate messaging that position clients for success.

Conduct direct outreach to hiring managers, recruiters, and companies to generate interviews.

Manage client expectations, communications, and updates via CRM and messaging tools.

Track progress across each client's job search journey, ensuring consistent follow-up and outreach.

Collaborate with internal marketing and coaching teams to optimize placement strategies.

Maintain accurate, timely reporting of interviews, offers, and placements.

Stay current with hiring trends, industry platforms, and recruiting best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.

Demonstrated success placing candidates or generating interviews in competitive industries.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.

Proven track record of achieving placement or performance goals.

Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.

Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to deliver results without daily supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in reverse recruiting, career services, or high-performance coaching environments.

Prior work with U.S.-based clients or recruitment agencies.

Skilled in cold outreach, follow-ups, and candidate representation.

Comfortable working in a 1099, performance based structure.

Strong client communication and expectation management abilities.

Technical Requirements

Own desktop PC or Laptop (Specification: At least 8 GB RAM).

Corded (not wireless) headset with a noise-canceling microphone.

Strong wired internet connection (At least 10Mbps +).

Quiet, private workspace.

Android / iPhone not older than 5 years.

Must have a backup plan in case of a power outage or internet interruption.
