Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry preparation, with a keen eye for detail. This role involves creating a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods while ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes.
  • Assist in food production and preparation tasks as needed, including mise en place for daily operations.

Experience

  • 3+ years of pastry experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role in a professional kitchen; hotel, resort, or high-volume catering experience preferred
  • Food handlers certificate a plus
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food preparation methods, and culinary skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
