We're looking for an
experienced Enterprise Account Executive
to join our growing team and help drive digital transformation across the manufacturing industry.
In this high-impact role, you'll lead complex sales cycles, collaborate with executive-level stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions that redefine how manufacturers operate and grow. If you thrive on closing strategic deals and building long-term partnerships, this is your chance to make a lasting mark in a fast-evolving industry.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Sales Execution:
Identify and target key enterprise accounts in the manufacturing sector, developing tailored go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue growth. - High-Level Collaboration:
Partner closely with C-suite executives, finance leaders, and product teams to craft and execute comprehensive sales solutions. - Customer Engagement:
Meet clients in person up to 50% of the time to deepen relationships, understand business challenges, and deliver customized, high-value solutions. - Prospecting & Proposal Development:
Dedicate time to prospecting new accounts (30%) and developing compelling proposals (20%) that align with client needs and objectives. - Ownership & Leadership:
Work independently in a remote setting, setting the bar for enterprise-level execution and results.
What You Bring
- Proven success in
enterprise sales
, with a strong record of selling into large, complex organizations — ideally in
manufacturing or industrial technology
. - Expertise in managing
long, consultative sales cycles
with multiple decision-makers. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage C-suite executives.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time for client meetings and events.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth organization.
