Required Qualifications:

• Possession of an associate's degree or higher

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (IL)

• Minimum of 1-year experience in an RN position

• Possession of a valid Driver's License, dependable means of transportation, and auto insurance

• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification/license authorized by the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:


• Shared RN License Number for verification

Position Overview:

Our search is directed towards an experienced Registered Nurse, specializing in Home Health Care, eager to join our expanding team in Chicago, IL. The primary responsibility of the role encompasses provision of home health care to patients within their domiciliary set up in the local area.

Necessary Skills:

• Minimum of one year of professional experience as a Registered Nurse

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior Home Health experience

• Active RN License in IL state

• Possession of an Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing

• Active status of BLS and CPR Certification

• Holding a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance coverage
