Home Helpers is hiring ACT's
What is an ACT? An ACT, is an on call caregiver. The perfect candidate would already be a PCA or CNA, be 18 or older, have a current DL, have reliable transportation, be able to pass a drug screen/background check, and have open availability.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Assistance with Bathing/Grooming/Toileting
- Companionship
- Transportation to and from appointments and running errands
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with transfers
- Dementia/Alzheimer's Care
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Pass Drug Test and Background Screening
- Must be able to lift/move 50lbs without assistance
- All caregivers are required to work every other weekend if needed.
- All caregivers that do not have a standing client on the weekend will be on a rotational call schedule.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $24.70 per hour
