Advanced Restoration Solutions, LLC is a growing water and mold restoration company headquartered in Gaithersburg, Maryland. We service residential and commercial clients throughout the DMV area, including Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. As we expand, we're seeking an experienced Restoration Production Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage multiple crews, and ensure every project is executed efficiently, safely, and profitably. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance team leadership with job documentation, and takes pride in maintaining top-quality standards and seeking someone who knows how to solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Create and review Xactimate estimates for water mitigation and mold jobs.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production of water and mold mitigation projects.
  • Manage 3–7 field crews across multiple job sites throughout MD, DC, and Northern VA.
  • Schedule technicians, track job progress, and maintain daily production efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate job documentation (photos, readings, moisture logs, and notes).
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and IICRC compliance.
  • Communicate with managers, estimators, and homeowners to maintain timelines.
  • Train and mentor field staff to improve performance and documentation accuracy
  • Maintain warehouse organization and manage drying equipment inventory.
  • Support insurance documentation and assist with scope and estimate verification.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding the jobs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in water mitigation or restoration management
  • Proven leadership and crew supervision experience
  • Working knowledge of Xactimate, and estimate writing, and insurance documentation
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to have "outside the box" thinking
  • Valid Driver's License with the ability to travel across the Baltimore-DC-VA region

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65, $83,228.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
