Overview We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Server/Trainer. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests while also training new staff members to uphold our high standards.

Duties - Serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Train new servers on menu items, service standards, and POS systems - Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Handle food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations - Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience - Utilize sales techniques to promote menu items and increase revenue

Qualifications - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Proficiency in food handling and food safety practices - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Knowledge of nightclub operations is a plus - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Join our team and be part of a vibrant work environment where you can showcase your skills and grow in the hospitality industry.
