Job Description

Are you passionate about cooking and ready to take your skills to the next level? We are looking for a dedicated and talented Line Cook to join our kitchen team at The Tips Golf, Brickell's new indoor golf lounge with full bar and kitchen .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management and food prep as needed.
  • Contribute to menu development and menu consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
