Connections Physical Therapy is a family-owned, therapist-led outpatient practice dedicated to exceptional patient care and a supportive clinical environment. We are actively seeking a Neuro Physical Therapist to join our growing Worcester clinic and help meet the needs of the community.

What You'll Do

  • Provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for a wide range of neurological diagnoses
  • Develop individualized care plans that prioritize patient goals and functional outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with therapists and front office staff to ensure a smooth, supportive patient experience
  • Participate in continuing education, mentorship opportunities, and clinical programs within Connections PT
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Who We're Looking For

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
  • Experience with neurological rehab preferred (new grads with strong neuro clinical experience are welcome to apply)
  • Someone who values patient-centered care, teamwork, and long-term relationships with patients and colleagues
  • A clinician who thrives in a supportive, growth-oriented environment
