Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Event Assistant located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Event Assistant will be responsible for assisting with event planning, preparation, and on-site setup. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating event logistics, managing supplies, providing customer service support, and ensuring efficient event execution. The role requires working closely with clients and team members to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
- Excellent Organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on-site and during evenings or weekends when needed
- Prior experience in event design or decor
