About the Role

Varco Home Health is seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a fully remote Quality Assurance (QA) and Clinical Support role. This position ensures accurate documentation, high-quality patient care, and compliance with home health standards—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor patient conditions and update care plans.
  • Collaborate with RNs and the care team to provide patient-centered care.
  • Perform wound care, venipuncture, labs, and medication reviews.
  • Support staff education and reinforce best practices.
  • Utilize KINNSER/WellSky for clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • Active LVN license in Texas (Required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
  • Experience in Home Health QA (Required)
  • Skilled in wound care, wound vacs, venipuncture, and lab draws
  • Proficiency in KINNSER/WellSky EMR
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
