Responsibilities
- Licensing and Compliance: Serve as the Responsible Certified Applicator (RCA) to ensure full compliance with the Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Service (SPCS) regulations, allowing the business to operate legally.
- Operational Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee all pest and termite treatment protocols and safety standards.
- Team Building & Training: Hire, train, and mentor a growing team of registered apprentices and licensed technicians.
- Advanced Service Delivery: Handle complex commercial and specialty pest control accounts, including inspections, bidding, and high-level application.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct field audits and quality checks to ensure all services meet the highest professional standards.
Qualifications
- Texas Structural Certified Applicator License is REQUIRED.
- Minimum Categories: Pest Control and Termite Control (Lawn & Ornamental a significant plus).
- Minimum of 3+ years of verifiable experience as a Certified Applicator in the structural pest control industry.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles and local Austin-area pest pressures.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
