About the Role
We're seeking an
experienced RN Nurse Educator
to lead staff development and clinical education for a large home care program in NYC. This role blends
training, supervision, and hands-on nursing expertise
, ensuring staff readiness and excellence in patient care.
What You'll Do
- Lead
Field Preceptor Program
& clinical skills training - Educate staff on
maternal, adult, and behavioral health
topics - Conduct
supervisory field visits
& competency assessments - Ensure compliance with
DOH, CMS, and Joint Commission
standards - Support
OASIS documentation accuracy - Provide
direct patient care
in the field as needed
What We're Looking For
- Active NY RN License
+
BLS/PALS - Bachelor's & Master's in Nursing
(required) - COS-C Certification
(or within 1 year of hire) - 3+ years RN experience
, including
2+ years in home care or nurse education - Knowledge of
CHHA guidelines
+
adult learning principles - Proficiency in
Epic H2O
& Microsoft Office
