Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Terminal Capacity Supervisor to build, manage, and optimize our last-mile delivery service provider (DSP) network. This role is pivotal in developing a reliable and cost-effective terminal capacity ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end DSP lifecycle management, from sourcing and onboarding to performance management and continuous improvement, ensuring the highest standards of delivery service quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  1. DSP Acquisition & Management

  2. Lead the development and acquisition of terminal capacity (DSP) in the U.S., including market research, supplier identification, and negotiation.

  3. Establish target pricing, lead contract negotiations and execution, and maintain comprehensive DSP information records.

  4. Continuously optimize the DSP onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  5. Pricing Strategy & Profitability

  6. Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to inform and consolidate pricing strategies.

  7. Monitor profit margins and financial performance of the DSP network, implementing corrective actions as needed.

  8. Exception Handling & Escalation Support

  9. Serve as an escalation point for site delivery exceptions, including delivery failures, and billing disputes.

  10. Collaborate with DSPs and internal teams to diagnose root causes and drive sustainable solutions.

  11. Daily Operations & Performance Optimization

  12. Organize, dispatch, and allocate daily terminal capacity within the assigned region to maximize delivery efficiency.

  13. Ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and service are consistently met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in terminal capacity/DSP management, last-mile logistics, or a similar role within the U.S. market.
  • Strong capability in supplier development, contract negotiation, and pricing analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in handling operational exceptions and escalations.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to organize resources and optimize operational processes.
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in common office and data analysis tools.
