Job Description

As the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, motivating the team, and ensuring sales goals are consistently met. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a hands-on approach, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
  • Conduct weekly inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless sales process
  • Assist customers with product selections and custom installations
  • Maintain showroom organization and product displays
  • Work weekends as part of the regular schedule

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in car audio and aftermarket accessories sales
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy and performance tracking
  • Ability to complete and manage inventory procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Available to work weekends and flexible hours

Compensation

  • $30/hour starting pay
