Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2B and direct sales, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise in technology sales and CRM software will be essential as you navigate the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or territory management within a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and account management practices.
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential clients.
- Exceptional communication skills combined with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience in retail sales or direct sales is a plus.
