Job Skills / Requirements
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Resolve or redirects resident/client complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, SOPS, etc. Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner. Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel. Multitasking in a fast-paced setting Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor Monitor CCTV, Fire Alarm Panel, Access controls and assist with phone calls and packages of clients/residents.Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Minimum 1 year of Front Desk/Lobby experience Minimum 1 year of Security Officer experience Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and outlook Works well under stress and makes sound decisions.CA PPO
