The Opportunity

This is a sales position — let's be clear about that upfront.

You'll work the floor at a high-traffic phone repair shop. Your income is driven by what you sell.

Compensation Structure:

• Base pay: $16/hour
• Base increases to $17-$18/hour after 90 days (performance-based)
• Average performers: $50-55K annually
• Top performers: $65-70K+

No degree required. No cold calling. No convincing people to buy products they don't need.

You'll work with customers who already have broken phones — your job is to help them protect their investment going forward.

Daily Sales Targets (Clear & Achievable)

Your commission comes from two simple categories:

Accessories: Sell 4-5 per day (cases, chargers, screen protectors, cables)

• Commission: ~$4,400/year

Home+ Protection Plans: Sell 2 per day (monthly coverage for future repairs)

• Commission: ~$13,000/year

Hit these targets consistently? You're earning $50K. Exceed them? You're in the $65-70K range.

The Actual Role

You're not repairing phones initially. You're selling to customers who need repairs.

Here's the workflow:

• Customer enters with a cracked screen or device issue
• You intake their information and assign the repair to technicians
• While techs handle the repair, you present:
• A protective case (prevents future damage)
• A screen protector (safeguards the new repair)
• A Home+ Protection Plan (reduces future out-of-pocket costs)
• Process the transaction and ensure customer satisfaction

You're a consultant at the front counter — not a technician, not a high-pressure closer. You're providing solutions that make sense.

(Technical training comes later. Right now, we need proven salespeople on the floor.)
