We are looking for an experienced Interim CFO to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This contract position requires a skilled financial leader with a proven track record in managing complex financial operations and driving organizational success. Responsibilities:


• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.


• Manage cash flow analysis and capital management to optimize financial performance.


• Lead month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.


• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts to support organizational goals.


• Provide strategic guidance on revenue cycle processes within the healthcare industry.


• Collaborate on government grant management to ensure proper utilization and reporting.


• Implement financial strategies tailored to the needs of non-profit organizations.


• Support hospital revenue cycle operations, driving efficiency and accountability.


• Advise executive leadership on financial matters and organizational impacts.


• Ensure seamless transitions in financial oversight during the interim period.


• Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.


• Extensive knowledge of cash flow analysis and capital management.


• Proficiency in month-end close procedures and financial reporting.


• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.


• Experience managing government grants and healthcare revenue cycles.


• Expertise in non-profit accounting and familiarity with hospital financial operations.


• Ability to provide actionable insights to executive teams.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
