Product Management Director, Data Solutions
We are seeking a Product Management Director, Data Solutions to lead the strategy and development of our data product portfolio. This is a highly technical role focused on building and scaling data solutions that empower marketers with high-quality consumer, professional, and business data. You will be at the forefront of innovation, working with advanced data compilation, entity resolution, and pipeline technologies to create products that deliver significant business value and redefine the market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for data solutions, with a focus on sourcing, compiling, and delivering consumer, professional contact, business information and identity solutions.
  • Partner with our Data Engineering and Data Science teams to build scalable, production-ready data pipelines and platforms on Google Cloud, leveraging tools like BigQuery and Python.
  • Spearhead the technical definition of data models, schemas, and specifications for new products, ensuring they are optimized for performance, reusability, and scalability.
  • Develop a deep understanding of data compilation techniques, entity resolution, and data quality management, translating these technical concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party data partnerships to enhance our data assets and enrich our product offerings.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance and inform iterative development.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to gather market intelligence and identify new opportunities for data-driven products.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on expertise in building and scaling data solutions, including data pipeline development, data compilation, and entity resolution.
  • Proven experience translating product requirements into detailed technical specifications for data engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, particularly within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, and other data tooling for analysis and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Solid grasp of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and data ethics.
  • Experience with modern AI and machine learning platforms (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI) to enhance data enrichment or product automation.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.

Education And Experience

  • 8-10+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on data solutions design and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.

$120,000-$175,000
