Join our award-winning team at Wright's Dairy Farm & Bakery as a Seasonal Packager helping us prepare and package our delicious, scratch-made bakery and dairy products for one of our busiest times of the year This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your attention to detail and teamwork will help us deliver high-quality products our customers love.

Under general supervision, the Seasonal Packaging Team Member is responsible for daily packaging duties while maintaining Wright's high-quality standards. All work must follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations. This role fosters teamwork, supports a positive work environment, and embodies our core values: Employees Who Care, Exceptional Products and Service, and Get Stuff Done - Smarter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive and organize products from other departments for packaging and presentation
  • Package products according to SOPs, ensuring proper labeling, freshness, and appearance
  • Operate basic packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Support coworkers and managers with flexibility and a team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One year of food service, production, or packaging experience preferred (not required)
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions
  • Availability to work required shifts listed below
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
  • Lift or move up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 125 lbs with assistance
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Exposure to cold/refrigerated areas, warm ovens, and busy production spaces
  • Work around food ingredients (flour, sugar, nuts, dairy) and cleaning agents (PPE provided)
Required Shifts

Candidates must be available to work the following shifts:

  • Sunday, November 24th: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Monday, November 25th: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Tuesday)

  • Tuesday, November 26th: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Wednesday)

  • Additional shifts may be available depending on business needs.
