What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and create detailed Repair Orders for service and maintenance work
  • Dispatch jobs to Express Maintenance Technicians and monitor repair progress
  • Present maintenance recommendations and repair estimates to customers
  • Provide regular updates on service status and assist with payment processing
  • Schedule appointments, answer customer inquiries, and support other service staff as needed
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic automotive knowledge and administrative accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior dealership or service advisor experience preferred
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
