Description
CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is looking for a full-time ENTRY level HR Admin. The HR Admin performs a wide range of administrative support functions for HR Department. Their duties will include providing support in recruiting activities, onboarding staff, and following up with staff's request or questions as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager and Recruiter.
  • Onboard staff through our HRIS to ensure timely completion.
  • Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
  • Compile and maintain paper, digital, and electronic employee records to ensure state and federal compliance are met.
  • Enter employee data into HRIS.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and end of year processing.

Full-time | 40 hours p/w| Benefit Eligible including 6 weeks PTO & 11 Holidays

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 2 years of Administrative experience OR
  • BA degree in HR or in a related discipline.
  • Proficient user of MS Office products.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, organize time and resources effectively prioritizing.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as to manage detail.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
  • Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who have been trained to use their own life experience dealing with mental health or substance use challenges to inspire and support others.

Salary Description

$45,000.00
