Clinical Team Assistant ( Scheduler) - Weekends: Saturday / Sunday

Part Time - Albany

Job Summary:

VNA of Albany is seeking an experienced Part-Time Clinical Team Assistant who will be responsible for the coordination and accuracy of clinical scheduling. This position interacts over the phone with clients and health care providers to triage calls to Patient Service Managers or clinicians (RNs, PTs, and OTs). The Team Assistant also coordinates with interdisciplinary team clinicians to schedule and coordinate visits to patients.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Prior health care or home care scheduling experience preferred
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven communication and PC skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
