As a Customer Service & Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional support, educating customers, and guiding them to the right AT&T solutions. This position offers the perfect blend of customer engagement and sales performance, with strong earning potential for those who are motivated and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a knowledgeable, enthusiastic representative of AT&T in face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Promote and match customers with AT&T's wireless, internet, and entertainment offerings based on their unique needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service — answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive, trustworthy experience.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team performance goals through consultative, relationship-driven engagement.
  • Accurately process orders, manage account updates, and assist with returns.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with teammates to refine sales approaches and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred (telecommunications knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident, and professional presence.
  • Self-driven and motivated by achieving goals and performance targets.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic data entry tools.
  • Able to work on-site in a fast-paced and interactive environment.
