Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Employee to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained. Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry, including catering, or restaurant settings, and possess a passion for hospitality and food service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and plating as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
  • Support catering and banquet events with setup, service, and breakdown
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory management when required
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and service

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service, including catering, or restaurant environments preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with food preparation, serving, or banquet operations is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or special events if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
