Experienced Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury (In-Office)

We are a busy and well-established boutique Personal Injury Litigation firm seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a full-time in-office position offering a collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to impactful client matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a Plaintiff's personal injury caseload;
  • Highly deadline-driven and detail-oriented;
  • Strong legal writing and formatting skills;
  • Comfortable managing complex litigation files independently;
  • Professional, calm, and organized under pressure;
  • Experienced with e-filing and litigation calendaring systems
  • Proactive is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and file complaints, motions, notices, and pleadings;
  • Draft, serve, manage, and track written discovery;
  • Prepare discovery responses and coordinate productions;
  • Track and calendar all litigation deadlines;
  • Schedule depositions, hearings, and mediations;
  • Prepare deposition packets and post-deposition summaries;
  • Coordinate expert disclosures, expert scheduling, and expert records;
  • Prepare mediation and trial preparation materials;
  • Prepare trial binders, witness lists, exhibit lists, and jury instructions.;
  • Track treatment and medical records for litigated clients only;
  • Coordinate subpoenas and witness scheduling.
