Project Manager

Location: Columbus, OH (On-site/Field)

Pay Range: $ $80.00

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall project execution after project budget and schedule approved through project completion.
  • Manage 10-30 projects concurrently of varying sizes.
  • Monitor and manage project scope.
  • Work with project controls to maintain project schedule and cost forecast.
  • Conduct construction bid events and evaluation for construction contractor selection.
  • Monitor environmental and permit progress in coordination with environmental staff.
  • Coordinate construction resources and testing resources for project execution.
  • Interface and work with client's project management leadership team to provide regular, timely updates.
  • Collaborate with project team to successfully mitigate issues and achieve seamless execution

Requirements:

  • Must have a 4-year Bachelor Degree in engineering from accredited program and min 7 years applicable/relevant experience.
  • Must have experience with managing 10-30 projects concurrently of varying sizes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment, ability to work overtime on short notice.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others (owners, contractors, engineers, designers) in a multi-disciplined project team environment to resolve design or drawing issues as appropriate and to accomplish objectives.
  • Strong experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.
