As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process — from initial greeting to final delivery. You'll have access to extensive product training, a strong marketing and BDC support team, and a large inventory to help you exceed your goals. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through internet inquiries.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify the right vehicles for each customer.
  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including financing and trade-in options.
  • Follow up with potential and previous customers to maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the BDC and management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying experience.

Qualifications:

  • Must have automotive dealership sales experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required — we provide comprehensive training.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
