What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, and remove landscape and holiday lighting systems for residential and commercial clients.
  • Partner with clients to deliver designs that balance beauty and functionality.
  • Safely operate ladders, lifts, power tools, and trailers using company vehicles.
  • Lift and transport 50+ lbs of equipment and materials.
  • Troubleshoot systems and deliver flawless, professional installations.
  • Lead and mentor crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience in lighting installation, landscaping, electrical, or related trades (more experience = higher starting pay).
  • Comfort working outdoors and at heights.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record and insurability.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of low-voltage lighting systems (preferred).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
