Senior Project Manager |
Municipal & Water Resources
, you will be responsible for:
- Project Management: Leading and managing water resources projects including public infrastructure such as roadways, stormwater systems, stormwater management (SWM), and erosion and sediment control (ESC) best management practices (BMPs)
- Design and Reporting: Oversight and QA/QC of technical project designs, studies, and reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Construction Contract Administration: Develop and administer construction contracts to ensure compliance and project success
- Financial Oversight: Managing financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring project profitability
- Client Representation: Serving as the primary representative for Municipal/Authority clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license
10+ years' experience in water resources and Municipal/Authority engineering to include:
Municipal /Authority representation
- Stormwater management
- Roads
- Utilities
- Construction administration
- Ordinance and plan review
- Environmental permits (PADEP, USACE, FEMA)
- PENNDOT permits
- Grant applications
- Project presentation
- Specification writing
Meeting facilitation
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, and stormwater related software
- Client-focused leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills
- Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays
- Valid US Driver's License is required
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
