Assistant Dockmaster

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Dockmaster to join our team at our marina in Lebanon, TN. The Assistant Dockmaster will assist the Dockmaster in overseeing all aspects of marina operations, including managing boat slips, coordinating boat launches and haul-outs, and ensuring the safety and security of all vessels in the marina.

• Assist the Dockmaster in managing daily operations of the marina
• Coordinate boat launches and haul-outs
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the marina facilities
• Assist boaters with docking and fueling as needed
• Enforce marina rules and regulations
• Assist with emergency response and rescue operations as needed
• Enforce lease and USACE compliance
• Ensure all harbors and shorelines are clean and free of debris

• Previous experience working in a marina or similar environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of boating and marina operations
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
