Position Summary

We're looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring a strong eye for detail, comfort with basic math, and the ability to accurately read a measuring tape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
  • Complete basic math calculations related to measurements and production
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Assist with setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Able to read and understand a standard measuring tape
  • Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, fractions, etc.)
  • Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Previous manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required—we're willing to train the right person
