Randstad Enterprises is looking for highly motivated professionals to work with a Biomanufacturing site training team of a well-respected pharmaceutical company in Durham, NC.

Job Details:

  • Temp to Perm contract starting with a 6-month contract
  • 100% on site in RTP
  • $34 an hour

The
GxP Content Designer
's main focus will be to create and update functional training material ensuring the
Biomanufacturing Operations sites training programs are current, compliant, and top of
the line.

Experience Using:

  • Articulate
  • Camtasia
  • Adobe Captivate
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Video and Recording software

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the managers, training and manufacturing teams, and SMEs to create and update trainings on best practices. (New and emerging educational technologies, recognized learning theories, current research, defined learning objectives and stakeholder feedback)
  2. Using top of the line instructional design approaches when ensuring that all training and materials meet minimum standards of excellence and consistency in terms of instructional design integrity.
  3. Support other learning projects and tasks.

Expertise in:

  • Training programs focused on cGMP training, technical work skills training, supervisory/management training, and communications.
  • Managing the design and development of training assessments, online-testing, OJT checklists, surveys and certifications.
  • The collaboration expert ensuring you are building top of the line, compliant tests, and training curriculums.
  • Perform evaluations on effectiveness of training (ex: Kirkpatrick's level of measurement level I- IV) upon completion of the trainings to be able to improve the programs.

Education:

Preferred: BS in related field with 2+ yrs. transferable experience

Minimum: AA in related field with 4+ years transferable experience
