SRM is the large-scale commercial catastrophic disaster restoration unit of ServiceMaster Restore. 
ServiceMaster Restore is a business unit of Atlanta-based ServiceMaster Brands, a leading provider of essential residential and commercial services. 

As a technician with ServiceMaster Restore, you will learn a wide variety of transferrable skills related to maintenance, construction, leadership, and customer service. Specific job responsibilities include:
  • Retrieves work orders/assignments, checks route for travel, ensures appropriate equipment and supplies needed for a job are loaded on truck needed for job, and arrives at the work site
  • Performs water/mold/fire remediation as directed according to company procedures including but not limited to extraction, debris removal/disposition, demolition and cleaning
  • Sets up remediation equipment on site per plans
  • Reports equipment malfunctions
  • Notifies project manager of customer or project issues as they arise
  • Maintains time sheet records 
  • Conducts work assignment in quality manner
  • Maintains personal safety with PPE provided

  • Requirements
    • 1-3 yrs Experience in Restoration Industry preferred
    •  Useful Industry Certifications -( IICRC, Lead, etc. )
    • Must have an active drivers license with a good standing record (no DUI, DWI or reckless driving in the last 3-5 years, consecutive speeding tickets) employee will have to pass a motor vehicle report
    • No felonies
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States 
  • Physical Demands and Working Conditions

    Incumbent must be prepared to:
    • Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
    • Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.   
    • Express or exchange ideas with others and receive and act on detailed information given.
    • For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.
    • Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions: The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.

HOURS
Full-time schedules available. Mandatory overnight on-call shift rotational . NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 8am-4:30 PM

Compensation: $ $25.00 per hour
