10:30-7:30 or 11:30-8:30 on Seminar Days

About the Role

We're searching for a Director of First Impressions to join our team and become the smiling face that our clients and prospects are greeted with in office and at our out of office dinner seminars in Richmond, Charlottesville and Fredericksburg. This role is ideal for someone who radiates hospitality, warmth and truly enjoys people. What You'll Do

· Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects both in office and outside of office at our dinner seminars and workshops, creating a warm and professional welcome.

· Coordinate and elevate the client and prospect experience during office visits, ensuring all details are seamless and memorable.

· Set appointments with prospective clients at our outside of office events.

· Answer phone calls in a warm and professional manner and transfer accordingly.

· Assist in making sure that things run smoothly at outside of office events.

· Support our Events Coordinator with light administrative duties.

· Assist in managing the busy calendars of our founder and advisors.

· Help drive business growth by engaging with prospects, scheduling appointments, and ensuring follow ups are timely and effective.

What We're Looking For

· 3+ years of customer service experience with a proven track record of relationship building. Restaurant/Private Dining experience is a plus.

· A self-starter who is highly organized and can manage multiple priorities independently.

· A quick learner who embraces technology and new software platforms.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism and positivity.

· A team player with an innate desire to inspire and support others.

· A person that loves to work with and meet new people.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
