Description

This position is a mix of both print and (front-end) web design, as well as digital marketing, requiring a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a team-oriented attitude. This role will report to our Creative Service Manager and assist with print design, layout and pre-press production, web design (UX/UI, planning and front end design, Adobe XD mockups). This position will also collaborate with our marketing team on the development and implementation of digital marketing strategy for use across web, email and social campaigns.

Schedule: On-site, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, 30-minute lunch

Graphic/Web Design and Production:

  • Create press-ready print and digital assets for a diverse client base
  • Maintain high standards for accurate, consistency, and quality
  • Manage design tasks within defined timelines and project specifications

Marketing and Collaboration:

  • Support digital marketing initiatives, both internally and for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in meetings as needed
  • Assist with the creation of on-brand visual content for email campaigns and social media

Project Management and Operations:

  • Track time and update project status in management systems
  • Follow internal workflows, systems, and processes
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and SOC 2 guidelines

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to independently problem solve and prioritize work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers and clients
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of design industry experience
  • Well-versed in setting up files properly for commercial print and large format print production

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design
  • High level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a must, as well as proficiency in the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat) on the Mac OS
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications; familiarity with time-tracking/project management software
  • Participation in the company's drug and testing program is required for employment.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
