We're hiring a Fleet Mechanic to help maintain and repair a variety of trucks, trailers, and off-road equipment used by our operations teams. This is a hands-on, full-time position based at our Riviera Beach location. We utilize airboats, swamp buggies, ATV's, Argos, mowers and weedeaters, trucks, skiffs, and other specialized equipment to manage vegetation, restore Florida's environment, and protect Florida's ecosystems. Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, service, and repair vehicles and equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and routine safety inspections
  • Maintain accurate service records and follow work order procedures
  • Assist with road calls and emergency breakdowns when needed
  • Keep the shop area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work closely with the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor and VP of Operations to ensure timely repairs and minimal downtime

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in fleet or equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of off-road equipment, boats, and small engine repair
  • Must provide your own tools
  • Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
  • ASE Certification is a plus
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in varying weather conditions, and follow safety protocols
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed

Qualified applicants must have a valid and clean Florida driver's license and be able to pass drug and background screening. Tools are also required for this position.
