Role Description
This is a commission based Real Estate Salesperson role located in Las Vegas, NV. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties, building and maintaining strong client relationships, performing market research, and executing property showings. The salesperson will also research zoning across multiple markets, perform outreach and calls to property owners, track and maintain their progress, draft letters of intent, manage documents, and negotiate deals to meet client goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License with knowledge in Real Property and Real Estate practices
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results
- Familiarity with Las Vegas, NV real estate market is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant technology and real estate software tools
