General Purpose:

Help achieve company financial and strategic objectives by providing ongoing operational training and support
to field personnel. Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.

Essential Functions:

• Respond to inquiries from field personnel regarding operating procedures and use of company information
  systems resources
• Serve as liaison between end users and IS department to resolve system functionality issues experienced
  by end users
• Test functionality of newly developed systems or system enhancements. Provide feedback to manager
  regarding concerns or problems with software or equipment
• Deliver systems and operational process training to field personnel
• Provide in branch support as needed for rollovers, new branch startups and/or as other needs arise
• Support the implementation of new operations systems projects, initiatives, or programs
• Provide support around the development and implementation of forms and operational SOPs
• Support training and processing needs associated with acquisitions
• Perform branch operational audits independently. Compile, analyze and share results with management.
• Address any observed knowledge gaps with training and support.
• Assist the field with I-9 and Tracker I-9 system inquiries
• Help implement new time keeping systems when requested and provide ongoing support for
  installed solution
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor in a timely and accurate manner

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Able to demonstrate good project management skills
• College degree or equivalent years of experience and training
• Minimum 2 years staffing industry experience
• Proficient with browser-based application environments and windows-based programs
• Strong organizational, prioritization and detail orientation skills
• Able to demonstrate a basic understanding of business operations
• Possesses a solid grasp of the legal requirements surrounding the screening/hiring process as well as any
  Elwood specific nuances
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to effectively interact with all levels of company personnel and outside contacts
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
