Event Service Staff is responsible for ensuring exceptional member and guest service experiences while dining throughout the Club facilities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service during banquets, receptions, and special events.
  • Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, linens, chairs, and service stations.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Clear tables, reset spaces, and maintain cleanliness throughout events.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, and banquet captains to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Follow all company policies, health, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Weekend availability is mandatory.
  • Holiday availability is mandatory.
  • Previous hospitality or banquet experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weight for extended periods.

Additional Details

  • $15-$16/hr. pay is based on experience
  • Flat hourly rate: no service charges offered. (Cash tips may be received at events.)
  • Part-time hours: schedules will vary based on event bookings.
  • Seasonal position ends Sunday, January 4, 2026.
  • Contract extension made me offer based on performance and manager approval
