Partner with production teams to prioritize work and support achievement of plant safety, quality, and operational goals.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead individual projects tied to plant KPIs.
Assist with mechanical tasks as needed (bearing/chain replacement, gearbox repair, valve/pump maintenance, lubrication routes).
Adhere to all plant safety and sanitation procedures, including LOTO and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required.
