Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric speech therapy. This role is crucial in helping our young patients develop effective communication skills, improve their speech, and enhance their overall quality of life through targeted interventions.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language skills of pediatric patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and specific needs.
- Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions to support patient care and progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive support for each child's development.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate families on strategies to support speech development at home.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with medical terminology standards.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist.
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for pediatric patients.
- Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to tailor interventions effectively.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $53.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
