About this Role: We obsess over the way we bring people together and want to add a Training Experience Coordinator to our team who adds value, creativity, and vision. In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our training team as they deliver training material to energize and empower our field teams. You'll handle the logistics that make training programs run smoothly—from managing training schedules and materials to making every training session feels smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate Training Events: Schedule training sessions in collaboration with IGU and Legacy teams.

· Manage Training Logistics: Handle participant registration, travel and hotel accommodations in partnership with our travel team.

· Respond to Inquiries: Address routine questions regarding class schedules, and locations.

· Data Management: Maintain and keep our training date organized by entering data information, pulling reports to capture training statistics.

· Administrative Support: Provide support for training initiatives, including setting up training materials and maintaining training rooms.

· Additional Services Coordination: You'll take care of the extras—like setting up meals, snacks, and making sure the space is clean, comfy, and ready to go.

· Evaluate Training Experience: Gather feedback to continuously improve the training experience.

· Interdepartmental Communication: Partners with various internal departments such as Travel, Hospitality, and Facilities.

· Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple training events.

· Strong Interpersonal Skills: Coordinators must be approachable, empathetic and able to build trust with trainees and partners.

· Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions.

· Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks with ease.

· Flexible and Adaptable: Effectively prioritize responsibilities and willingness to work outside traditional hours is often required, especially for evening training dinners, early morning setups, or travel coordination

· Enthusiasm: Passionate about training, professional development, event management, and project management.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of professional work experience, preferrable in event planning or hospitality field

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Experience with creative platforms (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

· This role is based in the office, Monday-Friday. It's not your standard working hours and could include some non-traditional hours throughout the weekday.
