Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas. You will assist in food preparation, support the serving staff, and ensure that all dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized promptly. Duties

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
• Assist with bussing tables by clearing away used dishes and utensils promptly after guests have finished their meals.
• Support food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
• Help set up for banquets or catering events, ensuring all necessary items are prepared ahead of time.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Follow all food handling safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, food preparation, and handling is a plus.
• Experience in banquet service or catering is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality to guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 15 per week
