This position can work Remotely.

Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidate:

  • Litigation experience in Insurance Coverage (Bad Faith) practices.

  • Draft legal documentation required by the State of Georgia. Discovery, depositions, declaratory judgement actions etc.

  • Conduct (EUOs) examinations under oath.

  • Ability to work with Senior Attorneys on caseload direction to include client interaction.

  • Ability to assist in trial preparation.

  • Experience working pre suit liability matters.

  • Able to engage in settlement negotiations.

  • Knowledge working with legal software platforms.

Required:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia.

  • (1+) years (Coverage & Bad Faith) law practice experience.

  • Updated resume with listed relevant experience.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120, $150,000.00 per year
