Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Cardiology) – Wheat Ridge, CO

About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Cardiology you'll work with Cardiologists and Advanced Practitioners to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with Cardiologists in both an inpatient and outpatient setting.

• You would practice at Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, CO
• You would work 4 ten hour shifts during the weekdays clinic and inpatient, no call/no weekends 
• Rounding on general cardiology and intervention patients at Lutheran Medical Center
• Inpatient workload consists of rounding on patients, pre-procedure work ups, and post procedure consults

What you'll bring: 

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, required
• Valid license/certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Colorado or able to obtain, required
• DEA and full prescriptive authority, required
• BLS and ACLS, required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NP or PA working in an inpatient or outpatient cardiology setting, required
