Service Technician I

Join Southern California's #1 low voltage integrator. As the Service Technician I you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, test, and repairs of fire alarm, security, and nurse-call electronic systems. Schedule: Hour and days may vary. Must be able to work weekends, nights, split shifts, and rotating shifts (if needed). Responsibilities:Responding to service calls for a variety of healthcare and security systems, including: medical alert systems (e.g., nurse call), fire alarm systems, access control systems, video surveillance systems ( CCTV), and intrusion detection systemsDiagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions in these systems to ensure proper functionality.Repairing or replacing faulty equipment and components.Providing technical support and training to healthcare staff and security personnel on system operation.Maintaining detailed service records and documentation.Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless system operation.Qualifications:2-5 years of experience troubleshooting security, nurse call, and fire life safety systems (EST3, Lenel, Ascom a plus).High school diploma (or equivalent).Valid California Driver's License and proof of auto insurance.Must be available to work weekends, evenings, split shifts, on-call, and rotating shifts (if needed).Must be able to get required vaccinations/immunizations needed to work in hospitals or medical facilities with patient contact.
